You usually need to provide information about your pet (such as breed, age, and health status etcetera) and your Swedish address and a coordination number, personal identity number, or organization number. A veterinary certificate may be required if the animal has been in Sweden for less than 4 months, if it has been imported from a country outside the Nordic region.
